For this particular purchase I ordered a large amount of field notebooks. Upon receiving them only two days after ordering, I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the incorrect ones. The exchange option on their website was convenient and easy to find so I entered my information and sent the package back. I have not received the notebooks I actually meant to order yet but am confident that they will be arriving soon! Thanks so much for making my screw up so convenient to fix:-)
