Hello Nic. Thank you for your feedback. For products offered in fixed sizes, we do provide templates next to the size selection menu.
Since bleed and safe print area are proportional to the size of the product, we cannot provide a single fixed template for custom size products. For such products, the best way is to type your instructions in the notes - as you did on your order. Our design team will do the rest.
