At first I started kickboxing just to relieve stress let out some aggression. But once I started seeing the right fall off I've lost 10 pounds so far with minimal dieting in 3 weeks. I started to love it more. It's intense but the more you show up the easier it gets. Everyone is so supportive and loving. They just welcomed me right in. Not showing favoritism but I frickin love Hannah. She's tough but her energy is infection and Erin with the yoga oh man I look forward to Fridays because of her
