My mom recently had a stroke and she's been having the run around with spectrum, and they haven't been helping her with anything, they keep taking our money, and she's just so sweet to them. They aren't paying the wifi, they take our money and the wifi stays off.
Tip for consumers:
Anybody who uses spectrum.
Products used:
8 over 8 years, every time we got the wifi, they would always f us over, now they’re telling my mom who think she’s loosing her mind that she lost her payment and she’s losing her mind. We’ve gone through over years.
