I wanted to share my recent experience with Kate Spade to shed light on some concerns that potential buyers may find helpful. While the bangles I purchased initially seemed promising, the overall experience has been less than satisfactory.

To start, one of the bangles I received was scratched. Disappointingly, when I reached out to Kate Spade about the issue, their suggested solution was for me to engage a local jeweler. This response left me feeling unsupported as a customer, as I expected a more proactive approach to address a product quality issue.

Considering both the lack of responsiveness to my emails and the handling of a damaged item, I advise potential customers to weigh these factors carefully before making a purchase decision.
