Absolutely appalled by platform's unwilling to punish criminals, including behaviors 1. Sending empty parcel 2. Counterfeiting video evidence 4. Cuss words etched inside parcel with packaging knife and 5. Defective and not as described product from the same seller in another order. ******* CNY was the order amount. I strongly advise against interacting with this platform, and I am closing my account despite being more than 6 years with this platform!
