First of all HORRIBLE customer service! Secondly, the shipping is the worst I have experienced with any online company (and I shop a lot online). Save yourself time and headache and shop elsewhere. I tried getting my free shipping label and they said it was past the 14 days policy. They said I received my order on Nov 28 but I actually did not receive it until Dece 1st. They also do not mention those 14 days count weekends as well. So by the time you get the order you don't have much time after especially with the weekends. They do not deserve a 1 star!

We offer FREE RETURNS but the request to send items back has to be within the 14 day guideline. Below is your tracking info shipping the package was delivered on the 28th.
