They have some good deals but their customer support ain't that great. I've occasionally had problems with my hotel reservations and I don't think they've even once solved anything! They keep saying how "If something isn't right on your trip and you inform us immediately, we'll work with our partners to make it right, right away." So not true.

They also don't often publish my hotel reviews if they're negative! So please don't trust their hotel reviews, they don't publish all the bad ones.

I'm a repeat customer and I don't have anything bad to say about this company! Their products are great and they ship fast. Never had a problem in three years!

I started a live chat on Thanksgiving and asked them why they hadn't shipped the stuff I had ordered the day before. I was told it was because it's Thanksgiving and since they're a US company and have their warehouses in the US, they can't ship anything until the next day. I live abroad so I wasn't aware of the holiday and I'm more than impressed they even had live customer support chatting there on Thanksgiving!

They kept their promise and shipped my package the next day, I couldn't be happier!
