I've never felt so disempowered and disrespected by a business like WANT MY LOOK before! I ordered a dress over a month and a half ago to wear at my beach wedding next month. To this day, it says it's processing and I'm not confident I'll ever receive it. $180 gone to waste in a single transaction.
Despite contacting them by email, Instagram SO many times, I never heard from them. I feel so powerless which is the worst. I made a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection but this has resulted in nothing as they don't reply to their emails either.
So annoyed and frustrated :(
