I ordered a limited edition Sennheizer HD 25 headphones, but they sent the normal one ( i can buy it from my neighbourhood and cheaper) and not wait 5 days, while they promote the 25 anniversary limited one, with yellow puds.! Beside the delay.
The customer service reply after 3 days of compliant try to be smart and ask me to keep 10 euro discount! Very cheap way to sell old stock,
Or she want me to return the headphones, and i book the DHL and go outside to print their return code!
Big mistake i order from you.
