I made an order that required two shipments. The first box arrived with shipping tape to cover a hole that had been ripped open. The order confirmation didn't specify what was included in each shipment. I contacted EPIC Sports to ask what was supposed to be in the first shipment. They emailed and told me the contents. A portion of the shipment must've fell out of the box during shipment. I have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact with the company so the shipment could be made whole, but I've only received automated responses through email and I can't get anyone to help replace the lost item. A month later and I still haven't the remainder of my order.
