I followed their cancelation process and they continued to bill my account. They claimed that if I did cancel I would have received a confirmation email. They also claimed they sent me additional emails I never received.

Tip for consumers:
Use rocket lawyer instead. They have great customer service.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Our site will stop billing you if you cancel your subscription. If you were continuously billed, then it wasn't cancelled. Our website sends confirmation emails to your registered email address regarding any updates to your account (ex. Cancellation). If you had not read any of it, the emails may have gone to your spam or junk folder or the registered email may have not been valid. To be fair, you had agreed to this Terms of Use when you signed up for the service. A. Free Trial Refund Policy The terms and conditions of the offer will govern any free trials.
