My Lucas Spider plush, which was intended as a Christmas gift, was apparently sent to an old address, AFTER I updated my address in their system. Have sent 2 emails, "We'll respond within 24 hours" no response yet. I realize the first email was the Friday before Christmas, but even that doesn't excuse no answer as of yet.
