The delivery time was great, however the box and items were crushed in the box, all chocolate have damaged. Didn't change the taste, but was unable to tell what the specialist chocolates in the little box were and had to be careful when opening the chocolate bars due to the damage.

It would be great to see how the chocolates were packaged, as we go to great lengths to ensure that they don't get damaged in transit. It is very rare for the chocolate to get damaged at all, let alone crushed.
We are a small family business, which will do anything to make it right if you come to us directly (via email or phone), including replacing products at our own cost.
We are happy to replace your product, or give a refund. Please send us a photo of the damage box so we can take this up with Australia post, as they need to know if they have failed in their delivery process and many times they will pay for damage done to postage. We can then send you a replacement.
