I ordered a white chiffon blouse that was shipped to me with make-up stains on the front, neckline and
Sleeve. My one and only experience with Zara was less than pleasant. As a warning to others: they are inflexible and unaccommodating with their customers. To add to their poor customer service, they have few brick and mortar stores in the US, leaving you to likely play phone tag or utilize the Live Chat function with robotic customer service reps. After contacting customer service regarding the stain and to request a return shipping label, the customer service rep required me to take photos and send them via chat message to show proof - understandable. I then had to follow up two days later because I had not heard back from Zara, and was told my claim was declined because there was nothing wrong with the manufacturing of the product, even though they shipped a stained shirt to me. Travelers beware - they are VERY strict with their 30-day return policy. If you travel for business, like me, sometimes it takes a few weeks to unpack your mail and they will NOT budge on their policy, even with damaged items.
