I placed an order with this online furniture company and was told it would take up to six weeks for delivery. The order was a new bedroom set. Since I already have a bedroom set, I made arrangements to sell mine for the new furniture. At 6 weeks, they sent an email that it will be another 5 weeks. I also ordered a new bed. I was livid because Of the expenses I already made. They claimed the manufacturing is delaying it. I don't understand how they're selling furniture that's not even made yet and then falsely told me when it will be ready. They offered a measly $50 gift certificate for a future order for my major inconvenience, as if I would ever do business with them again. Stay away from them. Because when you order it might take a year to receive your furniture.

Unfortunately, there are times that items are delayed in production with the manufacturer which delays the shipping date. Whenever we receive new information from the manufacturer, we make every effort to keep the customer informed regarding their order status. An email was sent out to you with the latest information regarding your estimated delivery date.
