I ordered another pair of jeans - a different cut, but the same sized as a previous order. When they finally came they didn't fit (were too big).
The store would exchange them for a larger size or not take them back, because the date was more than 30 days after order. But the order shipment was received late - possibly because of late shipping or caused by freight disruptions in BC caused by the massive flooding. Due to this delay the store would not take them back. I even phoned their customer service line, with no success.
I will not be ordered any further items from Reitmans - TERRIBLE customer service.
Tip for consumers:
don't buy anything from Reitmans unless you try it on first - and are in a position to take it back within 30 days from Purchase.
Products used:
jeans - useless now as them are too big and don't fit me - and they won't take them back.
