Update: 28 days since last text message from Richard 50 days since last phone conversation with Richard... Still no response

To those who read this review I want you to know this is my honest experience. I hope this review help consumer understand what they may be getting into and hopefully if eComm do value their clients and isn't a scam do better.

I'll summarize my experience or else this review will be much much longer and it's long as it is. I'll chronicle my experience to help better paint a picture.

Started with Randy- Good weekly communication at the beginning. But after a month communication slowed then no communication

Jacob took over after I made complaint about communication. He assured me things will be better, which it was for about a month. But soon after communication became less then no communication.

Made complaint then Aja took over assured me she will handle everything but a few week into working with her she disappear no communication again.

Then Rebecca took over told me she will bring these issue up to her "Boss" soon after she disappear no communication.

I complain request a return on my money

Richard contacted me I decide to give it another go. After reviewing my project he advise we are going to basically redo everything and have his best team on the job. Communication was good for a little over a month then shortly things started to decline then no communication.

At time of this review I'm at 18 days since last text msg and 38 days since last phone/zoom communication.

My rating of management is 1 Star

The people who eComm contracted to handle website and other various task with the project was a lot better at communicating with me. There are some frustrating instances like no one updating me that was doing my website design and person overseeing that both left. Due to team being in another country I did have to make myself available at 2am or later to respond back in a timely matter but I didn't mind that to much.

There is several other instance of slow response but I won't fault the team to much because it's hard to do your job if you don't have guidance from management above you.

Currently the only person communicating with me is Iqra who is responsible overseeing website/store setup. Even Iqra cannot get ahold of eComm management( Richard.)

I make sure to communicate in a timely manner with all member working on project I wish I got the same respect. I don't think asking for consistent communication is a big stretch I even let eComm representative set up when they want to communicate with me, even then they manage to fail time and time again to meet their own expectation.

At this time I'm at 18days since last text with Richard and 38 days since last phone/zoom communication with Richard.

After 5 managers 4 of which I was told by Richard is no longer part of the company. I can say I have given eComm a fair shot and went above and beyond in working with them

EComm have failed me spectacularly. Especially for the cost of the package I purchase. Definitely do not feel "Presidential"
