“Brilliant Customer Service!”

So I ordered a pair of sandals which I mistakened for a UK size 7 but was a US size 7. I returned to Dolls Kill and they issued me a refund and kept me updated on the process of my refund. Staff are extra polite and so re-assuring. Ive dealt with some bad customer service companies in my time but this company is Brilliant! I will definitely b shopping again! Highly reccomended.
