Shocking customer service. Really really bad.
I booked flights with eDreams and for the last couple of weeks have been trying to get thru to them with no success. I received an email (with no option to reply) a few days ago saying I need to call their helpline to find alternative solutions to my flights being canceled.
There is absolutely no way to reach them. Their chatbot doesn't work properly, their phone line always says it's busy and to call later. I tried emailing them a few times and never got a response. Still waiting for a refund for the cancellation of both flights and there's nobody to talk to. I regret trying to save a few extra bucks by booking with them instead of booking directly with the airline.
I strongly advise you to NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
