“Non-existent customer service, defective products, customer pays return shipping.”

I ordered three items. One is on back order, the other two arrived with defects. The wait for customer service is over an hour. I have had no reply to my emails. They have lost this customer. Pic below is just some of the rust on my rust less trellis!
