Vendor modified custom art that was uploaded without notifying me, and proceeded with production. Completed pieces are unusable and completely inaccurate to what I saw and previewed online. Customer service refused to refund nor reprint, and have ignored my emails and calls after my initial complaint. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes!
We only modify art if we can not use the art as submitted and ALWAYS send a proof for approval prior to moving the product with any changes into production. Not all art can be used and customers are alerted of this when we receive art that is not acceptable to the print process. We always take responsibility for our mistakes and gladly remake If we are in error. We are sorry this situation escalated to this level. We have been in business for over 15 years as a leader in our industry because we pride ourselves on customer service.
