When I upgraded two iPhones in my group to the iPhone13 and airpods, I was told the airpods are free. That was all over tv commercials as well. Now t-mobile is charging me for them saying that they used the wrong promo number. I ordered the promotion on the phone so, even if what they are saying is true, it is their fault that I am paying for. Be careful when you believe t-mobile's promotions. I will switch to a more truthful company as soon as I can.

I have been using one of their docking stations. The ethernet plug stopped working so, I called Plugable support. The awesome Omar helped me to determine that my dock's Ethernet is faulty and, even my dock is out-of-warranty, they sent me a new and tested one. The new one worked nicely. Thank you Plugable for helping and for setting an example.

I ordered two items with the promise of fast service. A month later one item arrived but, the second still hasn't arrived. I contacted their support and requested a refund but they did not respond. They sent me a tracking link which indicates that the destination is Ireland, I am in the USA. The products look nice if they ever get delivered.
