Too many sales representatives coming round, each one saying "my colleague will be with you shortly"
I asked to change the holiday gift certificate from 1 May 2024 to 19 April 2024 so that it aligns with my next visit to Dubai but that was declined.
May be TFG should be asking clients what their planned return visits are so that the holiday gift certificate is aligned, otherwise the gift certificate may not be useful
