I received a different Waldorf doll than the one I ordered. If I was to return it the cost would have been $30 has it was being shipped to China. I was suddenly refunded $30 but having received the wrong doll I felt a full refund was due. Communication went dark after proposing this.

Tip for consumers:
You can return items for a refund but you incur a shipping charge to China which is quite costly!
