I have used their services many times, and it has worked well for me. Not all of my requests were fulfilled, but you can request a refund up to one year after your spell is cast, and I have done so before. You also have to be realistic and patient. Some spells work instantly, while others take time. For example, I requested a spell in July 2021 and obtained the results in October 2021 without any problem. I've only had 2 spells that haven't worked, requested a refund, and have been refunded. I can't say anything more unless, perhaps, the reason for the negative reviews is that the quality of their spell casting has declined. I wouldn't know.

Don't pay them anything in advance, you will never recover your money.
They do not give you proper information. Most of the work they supposedly do for you, you actually do on your own.
