I've had a poor experience with this company in shipping two cars to Honolulu. First, the drivers weren't paid, nor was Matson so we had to make scrambles in payment. They also tried to bait and switch the shipping price due to the fires on another island. I was not notified by this company when my cars arrived and was charged hundreds of dollars in storage fees. They are saying they are not liable for these fees, however Matson has said this has happened with companies many times.

Their customer service is very defensive (I spoke to Kevin) and they do not aim to help or claim liability. Rather they try to do "gotcha" conversations where they explain their confusing contract instructions on why you're liable.

I plan to report them.

Tip for consumers:
Like others have said, this company is highly deceptive and do not aim to clarify issues, rather protect their liability and blame customers when disputes arise
