“Horrible customer service!”

I received 2 Highly damaged mirrored night stands. I was told by customer service that I should go to a store near by and purchase Bubble wrap and packing tape so I can securely pack the damaged pieces before shipping it back. Now I have to wait almost a month for a refund and they were just rude!

Tip for consumers:
Order from someone else that has better customer service. Example; I have always had the best customer service with pottery barn and overstock!
