Ordered some books from book depository back in February since they were the only providers of certain books for my son. They rely on general post - so I was prepared to wait for my books - but after a month I asked them for an update. After generic replies - I asked them for proof that they actually mailed the books. At this point I was told that the books had just been sent "again" - and I am yet to receive anything after 2 months of waiting. I think if you are not in the UK you are definitely supposed to avoid this company.
Tip for consumers:
If you are not in the UK do not use this seller - its better to go with someone who might be a tad more expensive but better shipping. Again - its best to avoid them do not regret later.
