I ordered three cartridges from this company (one Brother, and two HP Cartridges) all but one work ok. I emailed them a dozen times they have never returned my email. I was fortunate to speak to a Rep. She said it was not the cartridge but the drum that was faulty which I also ordered, however, when I checked on the printer, to my surprise the printer only uses one cartridge that I bought from Inkjet. I will be using another company from now on.
Tip for consumers:
Buys be aware that inkjetsuperstore.com has lost its quality. I have been with them for over a decade this is the worst it gets.
