I am honestly still in shock that I was treated like I was at fault. Im old-school and still have faith in people and to be treated like it was no big deal from every single customer service person was disheartening. And when I prove through the video tapes that I was not lying I just want them to change there approach on the way they treat a customer that has been stolen from by a fellow employee. One said I should go to the store and, I can't recall exactly what he wanted me to do or say but I think that was totally putting me in a dangerous sitation. And on top of that I'm a single mom aand I was on a 30.00 plan and I had to pay 57.00 this month. Unbelievable. If I wasn't struggling I wouldn't have paid but I'm struggling as it is. Im still in shock. The guy that took my money works at METRO PCS ON HUDSON AND MCGUFFY IN COLUMBUS OHIO. Im going back tomorrow and im going to pretend nothing's wrong and somehow get the guys name... He will not get away with this
