I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks just to get new password cause they say mine is correct. I have a lot of points that I can redeem but you can be sure that they have gotten paid for from the companies. This is so frustrating.
Tip for consumers: they are a crocked company. you do surveys then they lock you password and they will not respond to you. i have been trying for 3 weeks but you can be sure they are getting paid from their companies that have them conduct the survey.
