I bought a dress, on sale, from ModCloth. Buried in fine print they advised (sent me the fine print) I could not return the dress for anything. Anything. The dress had decided on the bodice and fit a bit tight. I was HAPPY to exchange it since I have been customer of theirs for several years. No. Nothing can be done. Read the fine print. Terrible business model and customer service. Reported them on BBB.

It is listed in our full policy on our website that items that are listed as final sale when purchased are not eligible for returns (https://modcloth.com/pages/return-policy). We are also unable to process exchanges where one item is swapped out for another.
