“Withdrawal not arriving for 2 years now”

Hello. I have been working on gramfree since last year 2021. I lanuched the first withdrawal on may 2021 but it's been more than a year. I will be lanuching another withdrawal in the same account at the end of this month September 2022. But I know thousands of people are receiving their withdrawal. I don't know how to contact customer service
