Worst website to buy goods. Quality of product is cheap even if you pay almost equal to branded goods. I bought a tablet I paid to close to what I would pay branded one and it stopped working in few months.
On contacting customer care, they kept me saying it is out of warranty however when I contacted manufacturer they said it is with 1 year warranty contact your retailer.
Focalprice.com customer service instead of repairing tablet were very sure that if I send my tablet to them it will get lost in transit - a better way to avoid responsibility. After months of conversation they never came to a point to solve the issue. I requested for company information to sue them they kept saying it is out of warranty and they can refund only $50 for $300 tablet.
