If you've been charged and no order was created, we certainly want to refund you. Please create a case at StockX.com/contact, with a screenshot of the charge on your bank statement and a description of the issue, and we'll be happy to locate that charge and refund it if there is no order.
If there was a successful order created, please note that due to the nature of our live marketplace, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. As we serve as a platform that connects Buyers and Sellers, we do not hold any inventory, and therefore have no way to accept merchandise back when a purchase is no longer wanted. Keep in mind, once an order is confirmed, a commitment is made to the Seller to fulfill your end of the transaction.
That said, you're always welcome to re-sell any item you purchase, back on StockX. This option also has the potential for you to make a profit!
