I had an insta Boost Loan in Mobikwik. The loan is matured on June 2020. Then I got a call on 2nd July to pay Rs. 74 and some paisa on or before 5th July 2020. I called the loan recovery department*******662) for this query, as they called me alot of times for the payment of the final EMI for June 2020. They unable to resolve my query. I got an ivr call on 5th of July 2020 to pay the EMI amount of Rs. 1415. I just called to that number but the recovery agent told me that the loan is already matured and I need to call the customer care executive. I called the customer care executive but she told me that the loan is still going on and I have to pay the amount, then after checking she told me that loan is matured and no further payment is required. I told her that I got an ivr call only once for the payment of Rs. 74 just send me the link to pay and tell me why did mobikwik deducted Rs. 1415 if my loan is matured? She didn't answered and told me that i will get a call from her senior which I didn't get. From 5th of July till today, 14th July, I am continuously calling mobikwik but they are not solving my query. I didn't have balance in my bank account so ACH and bounce charges deducted 4/5 times for no reason. And today, the customer care executive disconnected my call twice. There are more to say of what they did to me. But I need strict action against mobikwik and all the executives, Subham, Arshi, Sachin, etc.
