I ordered a bouquet of flowers specifically for their pastel colours as that is what my other half likes. When selecting the option, it gives a further few option of colour schemes, which I selected 'pastels'. My other half calls to say she received the flowers, but asked are they correct, as she knows that I know her preferences! The flowers received were full of brights and not what I requested at all! I messaged interflora and they responded back saying they have no record of me selecting pastel and infuriatingly stated:
'Each and every design is one-of-a-kind, created by an artisan florist using the freshest stems available on the day so, whilst your gift will look different to the one pictured, it'll still be just as lovely.'
Or in other words you can select what you like but we may send you completely something else as long as it's fresh? Also what looks good to one person, may not be to another person's liking, as experienced myself. It is in a way deceitful and I was expecting an understanding and better resolution.
Interflora has refused to do anything, and I spent £66 on a disappointing service which really did ruin a special occasion.
