I bought two watches in the span of one month, both of them defective. In less than 4weeks the second watch did not keep time accurately. Returning the defective watch for replacement and/or service was a hassle. It has been in service for 3 months now, and on our last communication the service department at JomaShop told me it would take another 6 months for the repair to be completed. This is unacceptable, especially from a company advertizing their customer service.
