The worst hotel i have ever been to, i wouldn't recommend at all and not sure what to start with; Reception at Day 1, while checking in, The manager (Simon) should be banned from working in hospitality domain and be put in a psychiatric recovery center for the way he talks with customers in a very "low" manners and disrespecting our wifes (we were a group), and using slang language with our trip guide kicking her from the hotel which made us really furious.

As for the in-rooms service, during a 7days stay, we had hot water during the last two days after one of us had a seriously big quarrel with the so-called manager where he showed us the lowest standards you can get from a human-being.

Don't trust all photos, as beds have no duvet (the dark blue cover), you only have one very thin cover to manage yourself if it fits your size, and no vase or decoration at all, leaving you with a dull room and moreover, a dirty room as room-service is every three days, if they remember to pass by your room (and will provide you with dirty bed sheets - check attached phots), not to mention that they will not replenish the shampoo and shower gel so you have to get your own, also get your own facewash soap as we never had any, everynight you have to ask for towels and they might bring it next day if not forgotten, consider also getting a big trashbag as we did to empty the mini-trashbin in the toilet which was never emptied, and all tv stations are in Turkish only. There is no TV area and no lounge, there is only a reception with couple couches much less than those show in the photos too, and the pathway to the beachside is a total rough and dirty road not at allll like the photos (seems to be very old ones). If you want to consider the pool, you have to get your own sun as it is hidden between the buildings and it is more like an aquarium for its size or kids pool. BTW, you have to go to your room use rappel ropes, as the elevator is turtle slow and the stairs are extremely low lit at night.
I hope i didn't forget much, but as for the location, it is seriously far from the citycenter and food is intolerable, tasteless, and not fresh.
