I used to order from Fashion Nova pretty frequently until they sent me a defective item. Back then, the return window was super small. Around 3-5 days. They wouldn't accept the defective item after 5 days!
Fast forward a few years, I decided to give Fashion Nova another chance. It seems like their return policy is a lot longer now.
I ordered and found the sizing to be really off (like usual). THE RETURN IS TERRIBLE. It seems like a "free" return but
1. It is $7 to print a return label
2. You have to PAY for the label before your return. Most sites will just subtract the $7 from your refund. FashionNova actually charges you before you see a sent from your return
3. IT'S NOT A FULL REFUND! It's store credit!

I hate this website. I don't know why I gave it another chance. The material is terrible and the sizing never fits me. It's made for curvier women and I'm built petite like a stick. Never ordering from here ever again.

I am in love with Lucy in the Sky, I'm more petite and I find that their Small sizes fit me perfectly. The Neia Ruffle Dress is all over instagram and so cute.

I placed my order August 6 and received my package on August 11 (I live in California). The shipping was fast and had no issues. The dresses I ordered are quality and have held up after numerous wears and washes. My only complaint is that Lucy in the Sky does not offer refunds, only store credit.
