I didn't order their delux training programme but it still has charged me. If you email to their customer support, you get an automated email saying they someone would contact you in n two days then email content goes blank. I have not got my refund yet. They just keep charging you for the product you have not purchased. Please stay away from this trainpetdog website and fall for them.

We don't charge you unless you click YES to our offers. However, its highly possible that you probably clicked on YES without reading the entire page that it would be charging you.
