I ordered flowers for my sister as she got out of the hospital late Friday so I did a Saturday delivery. Nope. No reason so I called. They said they couldn't find a local florist to deliver on weekends so refunded only the rush charge and assured me would deliver on Monday. I did chat at 1pm Monday since no communication and not received yet. They assured me they were still On track until 6 pm. 6:10 pm I called again and no excuse but something about local florist. This is a city and not remote. They offered me 20% off my next purchase which I'll absolutely never do again! I asked for a full refund. They seem to all be in India and no idea of US florists. RUN
