I had 2 appointments for carpet cleaning in my home before my new furniture came. They called to cancel the 1st appointment and the next day didn't even call to cancel, I had to call and ask at what time they would be at my home. They're irresponsible and unprofessional, finally, I was never able to get my carpet cleaned because it was too late. A generic sorry was the only reason given.
Tip for consumers:
The 5 star reviews must be friends and family. Never had such an irresponsible experience with another company.
