We can start with the really confusing non-itemized receipts that don't match the price you originally thought you'd pay, the deliveries that forget to drop off everything you ordered, the orders that say they were delivered but there's nothing at your door, the coincidence that every time I manage to get someone on the phone the call drops, and the very confusing payments that I think come out two weeks after the delivery (this is only speculation as I still don't fully know after a year of this service). The one big thing I noticed was it'll advertise three 5 gallon jugs of water for roughly $18, that plus the delivery fee and a little bit of tip brings me to the $30 minimum they require for delivery. Only received one 5 gallon jug for a total of $35? I searched the email, the site, and another link I followed and could not find an itemized receipt for this transaction. And even though I've scheduled to pick up date for them to come collect the dispenser they still keep setting up delivery dates that I just keep skipping because I can't remove the primary card from the account and there's no way to cancel it online. I'm likely just going to have to get a new card.
