NAPP - National Association of Photoshop Professionals - Membership buys you access to their online videos and tutorials, a subscription to Photoshop User magazine, and some nice discounts like free UPS 3 day shipping from B&H (extremely useful if you order a lot of stuff). The videos and tutorials aren't as in depth as some of the others out there, but in terms of general breadth there's a lot of material covered. If you're more into the illustrative and graphical design aspects of Photoshop, you'll probably find NAPP very resourceful. Lightroom is also covered.

WHCC - Printer - I've been getting my prints done through WHCC for the past year. My Epson is collecting dust; I don't print myself anymore. I'm very happy with their service and quality - orders via ROES, accurate colors, well packaged prints, and fast shipping. They offer 5 8x10 prints to new clients, and they also include samples of their various prints (mmm metallic) and finishes.

Modelmayhem - Modeling networking site - Great place to meet photographers, models, makeup artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, clothing designers, etc. Social networking tool that can also be functional depending on your luck wading through the flakes (though that's universal to all internet modeling sites). Still, there are quite a few working professionals on there (I've made friends with plenty), and sometimes it's surprising seeing who's on there. It's worth checking out if you're curious about the whole modeling scene.

*edit* woops, shoulda put this in the other category =P

RetouchPRO - Retouching community - Great tutorials and discussions. Members include working professional retouchers - their insight is invaluable. If you'd like to move beyond quick and dirty and see what's actually being used in the industy, understand retouching as an art rather than a craft, this would be a great place to start.

Example, skin retouching via dodge & burn. This is time consuming but it'll give you much better results than blur techniques and filters (even with masks).
