“Six weeks after dispatch, still no knife.”

I ordered a personalized knife for my son's 10th birthday, with what I thought was plenty of time for it to be delivered (14 days).

Six weeks after I received the dispatch notice, I still have not received the knife. Don't know what's going on at this company but they are clearly not interested in customer service. No response to multiple emails and phone calls.

Like everyone else, I ordered a knife BEFORE reading the reviews. No knife; no response to emails...
