I ordered a bunch of items in store. I was told a few items were not in stock but would be delivered in about a month. That was pretty much the conversation. A month later, I get an email saying my items are in but will not be delivered unless I pay a second delivery fee. There was never a mention that because they didn't have the stock that the cost would be absorbed by me. So they are holding my stuff that was part of my original order hostage unless I pay them again. First time I ever shopped there and it's now the last time I ever shop there.
