Order two car covers and assessors lies on November 27th 2021. Have been advised numerous times the covers would be shipped in three weeks. Connected with online customer care multiple times and they can not track orders. Promise to have someone email me within 24 hours. Never happens. After almost 3 months time I cancelled my order. Stay away as carcovers.com has no idea how to communicate with their customers with honesty. I could have ordered from another vendor months ago and had my cars protected.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away as the service is horrible. No idea when product will arrive and poor communication. Waited 3 months and finally cancelled after several promises it would ship soon.
