I've used Alibris for years; and almost always pleased with the results. This particular bookseller was less than honest in providing shipping info, and, in shipping promptly. Alibris was very helpful.

Helpful and prompt

I've relied on Allen Edmunds for more than 40 years for shoes and belts. Recently, bought a new belt; priced at $US 100. Unlike my other fine belts, some of which are 20 years old; this started to fall apart within less than one year. Discovered that it is glued together! Not a stitch in sight. The new owner is just another money-grubber.

The On-Line product, clearly cobbled together by dim chimps. Need to reboot frequently. Constant messages: "Trying To Connect". Impossible to simply have music in the background.

Hundreds of channels with loud, discordant noises for children. Classical choices limited to their entire collection of 100 CDs. Half of the CDs are 20th century sonatas for trash can lids and stepped-on $#*!cats.

They should pay subscribers for victimizing them.

We have subscribed for more than a year. Based on the materials available; they should pay the subscribers. New items are added at a pace that makes glaciers look fast moving. And, where did they find the combination of rubbish, obscure, and ancient movies? Truly a waste of time.
